Born and raised in small-town Appalachia Ohio, Sarah Johnson knows firsthand how gaps in the healthcare system can affect real people. That experience shaped her mission: to deliver care that’s functional, holistic, and rooted in true wellness—not just prescriptions. After earning her Bachelor’s in Health Promotion, Nutrition, and Exercise Science from The Ohio State University in 2018, Sarah followed her passion straight into medicine. She completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Lake Erie College in 2022 and has been changing the face of medicine ever since.

Sarah is known for looking beyond the surface. Whether she’s balancing hormones, digging into vague symptoms, or developing a personalized plan for long-term vitality, she’s all about finding root causes and helping patients feel their absolute best—inside and out. Her specialties include hormonal regulation, microbiome support, weight management, and regenerative therapies. She believes movement, nutrition, stress management, and sleep optimization should be a part of every health plan.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Sarah lifting weights at the gym, screaming at OSU football games, or curled up on the couch with her cat, Braxton. She brings energy, empathy, and a no-nonsense approach to everything she does—and she’s here to help you thrive.
